Dell R240 app server

I am having an issue that I thought I would share with all of you. We are trying to use a Dell R240 with a S140 raid for 2 1tb drives that will not load. It keeps failing to install and after working with Dell and Avaya R&D we think that it is because of the software raid that Dell is using on these servers. If we disable the raid it will load but it only finds 50gb of storage not the terabyte that is on the drives. Right now Avaya is saying that this is not a tested device and that we should only use the tested servers. The only problem with that is Dell does not sell the R230 any longer.
Just a heads up to all installers. If anyone has gotten this to work please let me know.
