Dell PowerVault TL4000 drive offline

we have dell powervault tl4000 which is working fine if each backup job is running seperately. we're running into a problem with the drive intermitent go offline when running split stream. we schedule a orale job to utilize 2 drives as split stream for backup as it faster. Drive #1 have no problem initialize when backup schedule start. Drive #2 however take a long time to initialize then fail and immediately go offline everytime the schedule run. When it goes offline, I right click and select online then the drive initialize and pick up no problem. The backup will then begin to do a pre-proceess and running fine. I hate to sit at my computer every night and wait for it to goes offline so that I can bring it back online. Anyone have a fix or solution on how to fix this? Below is the error in the event log:

I would start by replacing the SCSI cables and terminator.

don't believe replacing the new scsi cable will fix the problem. the reason i stated that because I can run 2 concurrent seperate jobs at the same time. so both drives are working fine. It consistently failed on drive 2 when using splitstream on oracle.
