Hello,
We lost power this morning, and are back on now. Our Dell Powervault 220s seems to be working fine, except that the amber Shelf-fault light on the front panel is on (steady).
Dell's web site says that this light could mean one of many things "One of the following conditions has occurred: power-supply failure, EMM failure, cooling-module failure, over-temperature condition, or firmware currently being downloaded" ... how do I tell which?
I can access its drives fine, and there are no other amber lights on on the front or back... the cooling seems to be fine. The Power and Active lights on the back are both on and green.
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks,
Kathy
