DELL PowerEdge Updates

Server: Dell Poweredge 1600SC.

Recently Dell sent us an updater called SNAP updater A08.
It supposely updates RAID, BIOS, ESM, OMSA and some other stuff. I've tried to run it, but stucked in phrase 2 out of 5. I haven't manage to call DELL technical support centre, but just in case anyone has the same problem or know how to solve it, kindly advice me.
