I have a PowerEdge T310 with Raid 5 with 4 Hard Drives. All was working well. The system all of the sudden re-booted, but could not start windows I took a look and said that drive 1 was missing. Took a look in the VD Mgmt screen and it shows:

Virtual Disks ---- > 0 (in red)

Then:

Missing

Missing

--:--: 02 : ONLINE : 476416MB

--:--: 03 : ONLINE : 476416MB

if I do an F2 (Operations) on the two Missing Disks. It won't show anything. If I do an F2 on the Online Drives I get all the different options.

How can I bring the Disks back online?

Thanks!!

You can't, but you can try to remove one of them and see if the other comes back online, if not put the disk that was removed back in, and remove the other one, and boot it again and see, if you can't get one of those drives to spin up, then you have 2 bad drives, and both need to be replaced, and the system will need to be recovered from backup, as the data is gone.
