Dell Poweredge 860 with SAS 5/E controller and ESX 3.01

Dear all,

we are trying to install ESX 3.01 on our Poweredge 860 system equiped with
a SAS 5/E controller (external interface SAS card, no RAID).

But at the beginning of the installation we are getting this message

No hard drives have been found!

Is there any driver or what can we do in this situation?
