Hi - just got this switch, set it up, assigned an IP, created an admin account, etc. and was working great. However, while attempting to reset the password using the serial console connection we accidentaly went into the startup menu and chose option #2, "erase flash file". Now we can't connect to the switch via http using IP, and when we connect using the serial port/terminal we see the switch boot but we can't access any kind of menu or console. When we attempt to type commands we just get a message that asks if we want Help or Debug, but we can't get any further. What we would like to do is reset the switch so we can run through the Setup Wizard again and reconfgure the IP and password. Any ideas appreciated.
