Hello,
I have a Dell 2850 with Perc 4e/Di (dual channel RAID, only one used) with 4 73G drives. I guess they are striped and mirrored. The Perc utility shows them as A00-00, A00-01, A01-00, A01-01.

I purchased a Dell 1850 with Perc 4e/Si (single channel RAID - romB). In the event of hardware server failure, I want to be able to pull two of the 4 drives from the 2850 and load them into the 1850 and run. Anyone know if that is possible?

Thanks
