Dell PE6850 CPU question

Hi Guys,

I have an older generation PE6850 that has issues and I've found a bare bones 6850 that I would like to purchase. My question is, my current server has 4 x INTEL 3666MP/1ML2/667 1.4v and the bare bones one originally came with Intel Xeon 7020 2.66Ghz 2x1M - Processors (dual core) 667Mhz.

My question is, are the 3666MP cpu's compatible with the newer model server?

TIA for any help.
