Dell PE6650 CPU IERR problem

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with the Dell PE6650 and an annoying CPU IERR E07F0 on reboot. I have seen other threads where Dell has replaced the MotherBoard and has suggested upgrading the BIOS and ESM to the latest revision. However, that has not seemed to help anyone.

Has anyone seen this? Has anyone fixed it? I have a server that's in a test invironment now, but there's no way I can put it into production with this type of behavior.
