Dell PE 2500. need to upgrade to SP2

I currently have a PE 2500 running Server 2003. No service pack. I need to update to SP1 or higher to upgrade an application. We run the following services on this server.

DC
DNS
Exchange with SP2

Will i run into any issues going directly to SP2 with this server?
