My PC crashed and I cant even access it through safe mode, I always knew the hard drive was faulty, but I never had the time to tell Dell about it so they can replace it.
The problem is I cant afford 80 bucks an hour so a technician can use Norton Ghost or something like that to restore my data. It's mostly just MP3's I will redownload, but I just need to see the list of songs I had in My Music so I can jot them down.
Even safemode does not work, the error message I get is that there are not enough system resources.
The only thing that works is command prompt, which might show me the titles of some stuff I need, but I am not very good at that. The Tree command from Dos does not work and there are other differences like that, so the command prompt is my last hope.
If i'm in the wrong forum, please let me know it, also if it is allowed to put it in a second relevant category, let me know where else to put it.
Thanks
