Dell OpenManage Problems

Hi Guys, I hope somebody can help with the problem I'm having; which is to get some Dell Servers to report correctly in OpenManage. The details are below(thanks in advance:)

Servers are reporting errors, that are indicated in OpenManage with an orange triangles with an exlamation mark inside the triangle.

The services on the affected server have been re-started.

In addition, I have logged onto the server to ensure the server has no errors recorded in the event logs.

Next, the utility (local to the server) Clear ESM Log has been run.

Next inside OpenManage, I then right clicked the server object and selected Refresh Status.

The server refreshes and reports green in the Hardware Logs tab of the properties for the Server.

However the server object listed in the Collection (with all the server objects) remains yellow.

When I go into the Summary status for the object, one of the four agents (Server Administrator, Inventory Collector Agent, Dell Remote Access Controller 5, Server Administrator (storage management) ) is yellow.

The respective agent versions are as follows:

Server Administrator(Storage Management) 3.10
Server Administrator 6.10
Inventory Collector Agent 6.10
Dell Remote Access Controller 1.40

How can I get the server object to show a green tick, instead of a yellow triangle in the Collection it belongs to?
