Dell Open Manage: System up / system down

Hi there,

I've got this recurent message in my log:

System down: server_name
System up: server_name

every day, exactly same time, hour by hour (1:23, 2:23, 3:23 etc)

Could anyone help me?

Do we know if the server is actually restarting, or if this is simply a recurring message in the log?
