Hi all,

Sorry but I am new to the Dell servers so this sound kind of silly. Anyway, basically we are running PowerEdge 2950 servers and we'd like to setup alerts (recieve emails) when issues occurs. What are the exact components do I need with a budget in mind? Thanks in advance.

Hi

The Dell 2950's come with "IT assistant" for free, just install it and it can send email alerts etc.
