Dell Latitude 610 and TV out problem

I have a Dell Latitude 610 Laptop that has a ATI Radeon Mobile graphics chipset in it, I have installed the latest ATI Driver (From the Dell site).

The problem is that I get a Black & White picture when connecting the computer to a TV, I am using an S-Video Connector with a S-Video to Scart adaptor. The TV is Pal-B
and I have set this in the driver.

When I have this problem with NVidia Cards I set the output type to "Composite" instead of "S-Video" and it always fixes it, but I can find no such setting in the ATI driver.

Well as I've had no replies, I thought I'd post the solution for anyone else with a similar problem.

The problem is with the S-Video to Scart adapter.
