Dell Inspiron 600m Video Output Messed up (Pics included)

This happens randomly.
It would display without a problem at times.
At other times it would just fuzz up like how it is in the pictures.
And sometimes it would boot up from the beginning with the fuzz.

Anyone know the cure? I wanted to try this forum before I call Dell.
I reinstalled video drivers, upgraded BIOS to A12, change display settings,.. no luck.
Everything still works including the Fn+Brightness keys.

Here are my specs.
I600M 14.1SXGA+ Pentim M 1.7GHZ
BANIAS 64MB ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 Driver
512MB, DDR, 266MHz
BIOS A12
Windows XP Pro
