The machine is a Dell Optiplex GN. I'm getting an beep error code of 1-3-2. Dell's site indicated that this means it's a Ram Refresh verification error. Of couse they offered no more information than that. I've tried many combinations of Ram to no avail. Machine does not show any video display and repeats the beep code. Is the MB hosed? Anyone have any ideas?

You must try the following:

1- test the board with another type of memory
2- test with the memory in other slots
3- test your memory in other boards
4- clear the cmos
5- replace cmos battery

Hey dude

Check the jumpers on the board, The dimm slots might be dead..... The CPU is fine cause it is responding with the m/b to make the beep codes...
