Dell Encryption Scans Locking Up Avaya One X Agent

Has anyone else experienced hangs, disconnects, lockups, and failed logins with computers running Dell encryption?

The issue for us started out of the blue a couple weeks ago. Wondering if it's a known issue.

Dunno. Is there a way to exempt those processes from being scanned?

They exempted the Avaya program files directories from scans, but issue persists. Weird deal.
