Dell Dimension 8100

hey guys..
I have a dell dimension 8100, and as we know that motherboard is not a ATX style. Now I want to build me a carcomputer and I need a "Power Supply with integrated Startup/Shutdown Controller" BUT they all are made for ATX motherboards.

My Question:
1. What kind of motherboard does DELL call this one (dimension 8100)?

2. Any suggestion how I can add a Power Supply with integrated Startup/Shutdown Controller on this dell dimension 8100 motherboard???
