I have a Dell Color 5100 Cn Printer it is making a noise and is printing very light in the middle. Toner has been changed - no help. It did not indicate toner change when we changed toner. I have changed out the toner and cleaned the rollers, spoke with Dell to troubleshoot and came to the conclusion that this printer may need the Developer Frame..waiting on some more input..also,this printer will print pics in color but not black and white..

Pls help!!
