Much of Dell Basic Server Support Center is work environment is being changed from a private personal cubicles to call center type desk work environment. What this means to you who call and get phone support is that you are now going to probably hear from 3-5 other people all talking over one another while trying to assist you. Do not be surprised when asked to repeat yourself or that but regrettably we have no say in the new environment and are not happy about it ourselves.
I as one of those support professionals that you speak with on the phone to get assistance with your server and RAID issues just wanted to give a heads up to our faithful Dell customers. If you do not like it than it will be up to the customers to give feedback on the experience not with the agent but with the general situation itself.
