I’m troubleshooting a Dell 5210n; the paper tray properties are set to automatically select what tray to pull from. My problem is it only pulls from tray two, when that’s empty it must be refilled never touching tray one. I tested this by selecting tray one than printed a test page, worked fine, then I changed to pull from tray two, no problems on that one either. So…..when set it’s set to automatically select, that indicates to me that it will start on 1 and move to two when 1 is empty. Any insight would be great. Thanks in advance.
