Dell 3110cn printing blank pages

I have this model of printer that is printing blank pages. I've tried replacing the toners with known working toners.
I've tried replacing the fuser with a known working fuser.
I've tried unplugging the network cable and printing a test page.
None of this has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If anyone else has this issue, I don't have a solution for you. I contacted all my local sources and no one had a suggestion. Since this printer is over 10 years old, we decided to just part it out for our other Dells and buy a new printer.
