Dell 2850 Update and Win 2003 install

Dell 2850 spare off the shelf, boots to "strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility" (OS install mode off). I want to install it as a Win 2003 file server. The Dell site has many downloads, where do I start.

I would start with the Dell OpenManage CD's that came with the server. Run the installation disk and it will walk you through the entire set up including the RAID confirugation.
