Hello ....
I am having problems trying to send email to the yahoo domain. I can send email to all others (i.e. AOL, MSN, Hotmail, Earthlink) ... I have validated that my reverse DNS points back to my email server and that I am running a closed relay. When I open exchange manager and look at the queues the yahoo domain lists "retry" and the properties tell me that "an SMTP error occured" ...
The headers that come back from my server when the message delays is:
Reporting-MTA: dns;computername.domain.com
Final-Recipient: rfc822;recipient@yahoo.com
Action: delayed
Status: 4.4.7
Will-Retry-Until: Fri, 13 Jan 2006 21:41:21 -0800
X-Display-Name: recipient@yahoo.com
Thanks in advance ...
