I have a DL(A) containing people allowed to send emails to another DL(B). I have also created a DL containing the rest of the organisation- this DL is restricted from mailing the DL(B). My question is, when setting up delivery restrictions, if a person belongs to both the allowed and the restricted entries, will the end result be that the user will not be able to send mail to the said address?
