Hi all,

A colleague of mine has requested that she receive Delivery Reports for emails that she sends out. Not knowing how to activate them, I consulted the books and the Internet.

My search skills must be in dire need of updating, as I couldn't find anything on the subject.

How can I set up delivery reports on Outlook 2000?

Thanks.

It is in Outlook, tools menu
Select options
Email options button
Tracking options button
Request Delivery Receipt tickbox.

If she only wants receipts for specific/individual messages, ignore the above, and click on the "options button" on the new email message, same tickbox is there too.

Delivery receipt for each message ? Users do have some odd ideas, dont they :)

But that is only going to work if it is not blocked at Exchange level (as it should be!)

You would be better of, and safer, scaring that user of the consequences. On the other hand, if you are in charge of the server, you make the rules, NOT the end-user.
