Delivery problems

Hello all,

A user has been having trouble delivering mail to a certain address. Here is an example of the logs:

10/24/2008 10:35:20 AM Router: Transferring mail to domain GLO.STATE.TX.US (host elektra.GLO.STATE.TX.US [204.65.208.96]) via SMTP
10/24/2008 10:35:30 AM Router: Transferred 1 messages to GLO.STATE.TX.US (host elektra.GLO.STATE.TX.US) via SMTP
10/24/2008 10:35:35 AM Router: Message 00553ADE NOT transferred via SMTP to elektra.GLO.STATE.TX.US for *name.redacted*@glo.state.tx.us 451 <*name.redacted*@glo.state.tx.us>: Temporary lookup failure

What does the "Temporary lookup failure" mean? Is it that their server can't look up my server, or the other way around? Anoy other ideas/comments on this error?

I think it's neither - a 451 temporary lookup failure is an SMTP error indicating the addressee (your "name redacted") can't be found on the destination server.
