Hello All:
Reciently we have been having troubles delivering email to one domain (att.net) ... We are running windows server 2000 with exchange server 2000 .. Here is a copy of the NDR message ...
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
xxxxxx@att.net on 10/30/2006 4:24 PM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<mail.mydomain.com #5.5.0 smtp;550-my.ip.address blocked by ldap

If anyone could shead some light on this I would appriciate it ...
