Hello

One of my users has a wierd problem. She can send and recieve internal mail without any problems. She can send internet email without problems. yet she cant recieve internet email.

In our company, we have a country nab, and an international nab. the error that an external person recieves when send internet based email to the user is as follows:

"Recipient's Domino Directory entry does not specify a valid Notes mail file."

Now when I look at the local nab, it has the correct domain. When I look at the international nab, it also has the correct domain specified.

Are there any other options that I could try and use to resolve this issue? Please let me know. Thanks.

Kind regards

Check that her name is in the 'owner of the mail file' field (tools-preferences from inbox).

Have a look at the aliases being used. Are they the same on each address book?.

On the person doc, basics tab, confirm that the domain is the Notes domain (not the companies internet domain). Also check that the mailfile field is completed (mail\xxx.nsf).
