We have MS Exchange Server 2000 Standard edition. When any user sends a mail and if it fails to deliver for any reason the server is sending empty Delivery failure notice. The mail does not contain any thing except subject line Undeliverable: <origianal subject> . The mail text does not contain why the mail failed. Whether the recipient mail id is invalid etc.
Could any one tell how can I enable the feature by which the server can send the reason for mail delivery failure.
