Does anyone know why this message keeps appearing when trying to send out emails? I think it is my server however and the emails are buffering. How do I resolve this?

I would sent this message again. Go into the queues. Then when the message queue comes up as retry, right click on it and see what the reason was for it not sending. If the message doesn't go to retry and just sends then it isn't your server that has the problem.
