Hi,
I'm haviing a problem with the a font I have deliverd to a printer. They can't run the quark files I sent because of this problem

I delivered bitmaps, and printer postscript files. The printer is requesting an outline fonts, but there doesn't seem to be any.

So shouldn't the postscript files i delivered cover the required outline information?

The font is Foundry Sans

any ideas would be greatfully received

I am assuming you are mac based since your problem is with postscript fonts. Postscript fonts have two parts, (printer fonts and screen fonts) you must include both with your quark file. one is useless without the other. They are represented usually by a suitcase icon containing your screen fonts, and multiple printer font icons mathcing what is in the suitcase.

If your suitcase contains a bold, bold italic, Italic, and regular font, you will have 5 files to include on the disk (the suitcase icon and matching printer fonts)

Hopefully this will help. If I am wrong about any of this someone is welcome to correct me!
