A delivered form is sort of a compiled form. It is no longer editable. And many times delivered forms do run a bit faster. You can deliver forms and reports and scripts. The extension changes (.fsl becomes .fdl). You cannot modify delivered forms (or view the code).
I usually only deliver forms and reports for use with Paradox Runtime and supplying the application to users.
