I would like to be able to have all incoming mail that is addressed to nonexistant e-mail address within my domain get delivered to a specific account for later review and follow up. Is this possible? If so, how?

Thanks

Go to the Exchange Administrator. In Connections, go to the properties of your connection/s and in there you can change which account receives the dud mails which you can then forward internally or deal with as required.

That is what I was looking to do. In 4.0 there was a "dead letter" option. In 5.5, it is not there. :( If I am just being stupid, please give me some more detailed instructions.

Thanks

How much more detailed do you want? Follow my instructions and there is an administrator button. Click on it and choose who gets the undeliverables.

Ok, I was misunderstanding what was sent. I see now that a copy of the undeliverable message is also sent with the NDR to the person selected. Sorry about that. Is there any way to stop the "undeliverable due to unknown user" report from being sent back to the originator of the e-mail?
