Hi, I am a CO Technician and one of my customers has en emergency line for crisis or suicide prevention. He is doing an external Ring no Answer call forward on those calls, but he is showing his own PBX Pilot Caller ID at the final receiver of the call instead of the original calling ID Number. The original caller ID number is reaching his NEC SV8500, but it is not being transferred. This have been an argue about who has a misconfiguration. I am sure his PBX has the issue and not the Telco. Any Help?? Urgent.. Please..
