dear all,

i have a read through the other threads regarding these 5mb log files. i have the same problem. my hard drive is getting full and the whole system slows down. [pc3] can i delete these files manually without using this nt backup? i'm using veritas but we do no backup the exchange.

any help regarding this would be appreciated. what are these log files for anyway? i had a look at them in notepad (which almost made my machine crash) but it was all machine code and i didn't understand a thing...

cheerio,

benjamin

Well, you didn't read the other threads all the way through did you?

If you're not concerned with backing up your Exchange box, then just use the built-in backup software every couple of days to get rid of the files, then just delete the backup files.

If, however, you want to backup the Exchange box since it's most likely an integral part of your organization, you'll want to purchase the Exchange option to Veritas and backup the box properly.
