Deleting within Callpilot Desktop Messaging

Hi,

We have Call Pilot 2.01 and we use Call pilot Desktop Messaging(CDM) for Outlook 2003. One of our staff has a problem with deleting messages from within CDM.

When he deletes the message(s) it goes from the current folder. When exiting and going back in to CDM the deleted message(s) are back there.

Everything else works ok, receiving, playing messages etc.

Anyone seen that before? Thanks for any help,

try deleting the msg from the deleted folder then check to see if the msg comes back.

Doesnt go in to the deleted items folder....
