Deleting voicmail boxes in Callpilot

If I delete a mailbox in callpilot that has messages in it shouldn't the message waiting indicator on the phone turn off?

So, I need to clear out the messages first?

Correct, or put an MCK and MIK key on any phone and you can turn it off that way. MCK key cancels the light and MIK key turns it on.
