Deleting Voice Mails Manually

Im trying to delete some voicemails manually through Windows explorer but its saying they are being used. So what services do I need to stop to be able to delete the files?

How are you receiving the messages, are you using the MS Exchange link, or just having them forwarded via SMTP?

Directly from the folder where they are stored on the PC. I used to be able to just delete them without any trouble. There are 300 messages so this is the quickest way to get rid of them.

Stop both VM Pro services, delete the files and restart both services.
