Deleting voice mail messages in batch? 1

Does anyone know of a way to delete all of the voice mail messages in a users mailbox without having to delete them one by one. We have been recording incoming calls for quite some time and have built up a mailbox for one of our hunt groups with over 3,000 messages and would like to delete them all and start fresh. Thanks!!

You can drill down throught windows explore into the account folder for that mailbox and then higlight and delete the .wav files just like you would any other files in windows.

The default path is

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts\"what ever you user name or hunt group name is".
