Deleting thousands of SDS errors

Hi guys

I have inherited a site with a cluster and the main controller has 39000 SDS errors. I have heard there is a way to delete all those SDS errors or log files through FTP. Do you know how to do this? as deleting a 1000 records at a time takes way to long and the system is very slow.

I would be contacting mitel support
That many sds errors indicates that something is very wrong withe the network
Deleting them may be just adding to the mess.

there are some hidden menus regarding sds transactions that they have access to
