I currently use Accpac 5.3a and is having trouble deleting vendors. Everytime i try to delete an inactive vendor an error message would pop up 'incorrect procedure. Cannot delete a vendor record that has outstanding transactions.'. However, when I check the vendor activity, there was nothing outstanding. I am puzzled, please advice.

You need to clear checks in Bank Services, then login to Accpac 90 days in the future.
