Deleting system exe or disabling them

I have the pocket pc os vs (I think) 4.20. I want to disable or delete the system programs like the games and and calculator. I tried to delete but there seems that there are backup instalation files that restore all of the programs that I delete when it reboots. Does any one no a way to do this. Thanks
