Deleting Supervisors in Web Symposium.... 1

I receiving error when deleting 4 supervisors in Web admin. No agnets are assigned to them.....They do not have a login to Web Symposium as that was deleted prior to delating the supervisor ...

Error: Delete operation failed.-2147180675:An unexpected error occurred in the Client. Please contact your Technical Support Prime if the problem persists. [40829]:IceUsers.Users.1

Always with Web Client, try a reboot of the server before wasting debug time.

Are you on SCCS 4.2/5.0? If so, try the Classic Client.

Maybe the supervisors have reports scheduled against their login or even agenttoskillset assignments.

I restarted web server and was able to delete.

I'm glad that (reboot) worked for you. Web Client is still a relatively new application and sometimes needs a reboot to clear up mysterious issues. Some customers schedule a reboot (frequency varies, but once a week or month is common) during low traffic or off-hours to try and head off issues.

it's windows--rebooting fixes a lot!
