hi,
what route delete command have you tried

i.e. route delete 131.0.0.0

From experience: do not use 'route add' or 'route delete'. Smit will not be able to delete the static route (don't know if that's for all versions). If so: flush the routing able and re-enter all static routes using Smit (check the command Smit uses!).
