I'm still getting to grips with InDesign so apologies if the answer to this is obvious but basically I am trying to delete a two-page spread from my 38 page document. I don't want the information on the page. I thought it would be a simple case of selecting the spread and placing it in the rubbish bin. However, instead of doing this it is shuffling the pages I don't want onto the next page and deleting the spreads at the back. All very odd.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as it's doing my head in, and I have a deadline tomorrow.

Thanking you in advance.

Kirstey,
The pages palette has a fly-out menu that enables you to lock individual spreads, or turn off shuffling altogether. You should be able to delete your pages without any reshuffling.
