Deleting specific field content 1

We want to create a database that once a year will have the contents of specific fields deleted. This is for our tax department. They want to retain the informational fields but on a yearly basis clear the numeric fields. Any thoughts on how we can accomplish this in an Approach Database.
 
Not sure if I completely underestimated the problem here, but have you tried creating a macro that finds all records between the specified dates and then runs another macro which starts at the first record, and then sets all the required fields to '' (blank).
(you will have to use the Set command once for each field required).
