We currently have the latest software revisions installed on both the handhelds and the BES -- with that said, the issue we are experiencing on both our 7520 BlackBerry as well as the 7100i models is when we have a recurring appointment in the calendar (whether it was created in the BlackBerry itself or the Outlook 2003 SP3 client), and an attempt to delete a single occurrence of the recurring appointment from the handheld device, the deletion of that one occurrence is not reflected on the Outlook client. Although if the occurrence is deleted from the recurring appointment on the Outlook client, that occurrence deletion is properly refelected on the handheld device.
Anyone ever see this and if so, what have you done to resolve this issue?
